Giulio Poggi is an archaeologist and a Post-Doc researcher at the Centre for Cultural Heritage Technology (CCHT) of the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT). He is specialised in Landscape Archaeology, with particular focus on computational methods for detecting past landscape features using Remote Sensing technologies, Machine Learning and spatial analysis.
